I just returned from 5 star Le Blanc in Cancun, Mexico. I've detailed our issues on Trip Advisor, but in short, midway through our stay, they converted their resort into a kosher-for-Passover, kid friendly resort for a group called Pesach in Cancun. They offered us very little in compensation, and showed that they are not a 5 star. Nancysid: I do have a great job, but some day I'm going to take a reader along on a trip to see what a "work vacation'' is really like. 6 a.m. - midnight, reporting, blogging, dealing with office e-mail (budget and staff issues, interoffice planning, policy matters, etc.) I love it, but no margaritas or naps for me!
